Admission Policies

  1. All applications for admissions must be completed online through the Google Forms available on our official website at www.jnpetiscchool.org. Please follow the instructions provided on the website to fill in the form accurately.
  2. Please be aware that only applications submitted online will be considered. Any other forms will be rejected outright.
  3. Admission will only be processed once all requirements are satisfactorily fulfilled.
  4. Parents/Guardians are required to provide a written undertaking confirming their agreement to adhere to the school’s rules and regulations, subject to changes made from time to time.
  5. The school reserves the right to reject any application without providing a specific reason.
  6. Admission will be granted based on the appropriate age for each class.
  7. All necessary documents must be verified and submitted as specified in the Admission Form.
  8. Please note that the application form will only be deemed valid if original documents are presented along with their attested photocopies during the verification process.
  9. Communication regarding document verification and final admission status will be conveyed via email. Please ensure that you provide the correct email address and whitelist admission@jnpetitschool.org to prevent emails from being marked as spam.
  10. Submission of the application form does not guarantee admission. We kindly request parents to refrain from repeatedly contacting the school office regarding emails not received or admission status.
  11. The school does not accept any donations and has no intermediaries or agents claiming to influence admissions. Parents are urged to remain vigilant against such false promises.
  12. For Preschool and Class 1 admissions, a Transfer/Bonafide Certificate must be submitted.
  13. Admission to Classes II and above requires a Transfer Certificate from a recognized school.
  14. If the pupil is transferring from a different state or country, specific requirements for Transfer Certificate authentication apply.
  15. Parents must submit the Student’s ID and UDISE No. from the previous school for Grades II and above.
  16. Provisional admissions may be granted if a Transfer Certificate is delayed, pending submission of the proper document.
  17. Admission and placement in a class are subject to government directives and regulations.
  18. Preference will be given to siblings if seats are available.
  19. Age-appropriate achievement tests are conducted to assess basic skills in language, math, and science.
  20. Children with special learning needs will be evaluated according to ICSE standards.
  21. Meetings with the Principal are scheduled for parents and children to understand the school’s culture and ethos.
  22. Application fees are non-refundable if the child is not selected.
  23. Admission fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  24. Re-registration is required for gaps in attendance or non-payment of fees.
  25. A late fee will be applicable for overdue school fees.
  26. Incomplete registration forms will be rejected.
  27. Admission is confirmed upon payment of one term’s fees, which is non-refundable upon refusal of the place.
