Co-operation of Parents / Guardians
Parents’ cooperation is crucial for their child’s education. They are requested to ensure regular attendance, punctuality, cleanliness in uniform, and discipline. Checking the Almanac daily for assignments and signing teacher remarks is essential. Prompt reporting to school on term opening days and informing about absences due to illness promptly is mandatory. Any change in address or contact numbers should be communicated promptly. Serious misconduct, including irregular attendance or malpractices, can lead to removal from school. The school may expel students for persistent misbehavior or influence deemed harmful. Parents must seek permission for pupil absences and avoid direct meetings during school hours unless urgent. Violations of school regulations will result in disciplinary action. Timely payment of school fees is also requested.
