Co-Curricular Program

Curricular Activity

At JN Petit Technical High School, we believe that every child has unique interests and abilities that deserve to be discovered and nurtured. As educationist and chess legend Viswanathan Anand rightly says, it is important to recognise what children naturally gravitate towards, ensure they enjoy what they do, and expose them to a wide range of experiences.

Co-curricular activities at JN Petit play a vital role in bringing out students’ hidden talents and building confidence beyond the classroom. The school offers a rich range of sports and co-curricular programmes designed to ignite curiosity, discipline, teamwork, and resilience.

In sports, JN Petit has been a pioneer in football, basketball, and cricket, with students winning District, State, and National-level championships. The school has also produced National-level athletes in rifle shooting and karate. Our residential boarders have proudly secured the Overall Championship at the All India Parsees Meet in Mumbai, and our yoga students have consistently excelled in Surya Namaskar competitions at various levels.

Students actively participate in inter-school, intra-school, and intra-house competitions such as debates, quizzes, storytelling, essay writing, poetry recitation, handwriting, and fancy dress events. Music, art, physical training, yoga, counselling, and communication skills form an integral part of the curriculum, ensuring holistic development.

Through these experiences, we aim to help every child discover their strengths, build confidence, and grow into well-rounded individuals prepared for life.
