All admission applications must be submitted online through the form available on our official website: www.jnpetitschool.org. Only online applications will be considered.
Applications will be processed only after all required details and fees are submitted and verified as per the Admission Form.
Admission is granted based on age eligibility, availability of seats, and compliance with applicable government regulations.
All updates regarding document verification and admission status will be communicated via email only. Parents are requested to provide a valid email ID and whitelist admission@jnpetitschool.org.
Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. Parents are kindly requested to wait for official communication and avoid repeated follow-ups.
The school does not accept donations and does not appoint agents or intermediaries for admissions. Parents are advised to be cautious of any such claims.
Preference may be given to siblings, subject to seat availability.
As part of the admission process, age-appropriate assessments or interactions may be conducted to understand the child’s readiness and support needs.
Children with special learning needs will be evaluated as per applicable academic guidelines.
Transfer / Bonafide Certificate requirements (required at the final stage of Admission Confirmation):
- Preschool & Class I: Transfer / Bonafide Certificate
- Class II and above: Transfer Certificate from a recognised school
- For transfers from another state or country, additional authentication may be required
- Student ID and UDISE Number must be submitted for Class II and above
Provisional admission may be granted if the Transfer Certificate is delayed, subject to later submission.
Application and admission fees are non-refundable in case of non-selection or withdrawal.
Admission is confirmed upon payment of one term’s fees. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
Re-registration may be required in cases of prolonged absence or non-payment of fees. Late fees will apply where applicable.
Incomplete or incorrect application forms may not be considered.

- Registration is considered complete only after payment of the Registration Fee. Once paid, registration is non-reversible and the fee is non-refundable.
- Admissions must be completed within the specified timelines. If admission is not confirmed on the given date, the seat may be offered to the next eligible applicant.
- Admission decisions are made solely by the school and are final and binding.
- Admissions are granted strictly on merit, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
