At JN Petit, discipline, responsibility, and mutual respect are integral to creating a safe, nurturing, and effective learning environment. The following guidelines are designed to support students and parents in maintaining high standards of conduct and care.

✅ Expectations (Do’s)

• Students must carry the School Almanac daily and record all assignments and instructions provided by teachers.
• Regular and punctual attendance is expected from all students.
• Students should maintain cleanliness in classrooms and across the school premises.
• Each student is responsible for the safety and care of his personal belongings.
• Students may leave the school premises during school hours only with prior permission from the Principal.
• Parents and guardians are requested to pick up children on time.
• In case of extended absence, prior intimation to the school is mandatory.
• Parents are encouraged to communicate directly with school authorities regarding any school-related matters.
• Parents and guardians are expected to cooperate with the school on matters related to traffic control, parking, and campus safety.
• Students escorted by helpers or special arrangements must remain on campus until the authorised person arrives.

❌ Prohibited Actions (Don’ts)

• Damage to school property is strictly prohibited. Any such incident will invite disciplinary action, and the cost of repair will be recovered after due enquiry.
• Late arrival to school without valid reason will not be permitted without the Principal’s approval.
• Leaving the school premises without permission during school hours is not allowed.
• Writing or scribbling on walls, furniture, or school property will result in strict disciplinary action.
• Absence for more than fifteen consecutive days without prior notice may lead to necessary action by the school.
• Students should not leave the school premises unattended under any circumstances.

⚠️ Important Information

• In the event of an accidental injury within the school campus, the school will administer immediate basic first aid. Parents will be informed promptly, and the child will be taken to a hospital recommended by the parents for further medical attention, if required.
• Withdrawal: Parents must submit a one month’s clear written notice in case of withdrawal.
